Tattoo on back terrorist body

5 terrorist were killed. they have planning to attack Peshawar Airport. One Policeman was martyr and two policemen officer were injured and have hospitalized. One of the terrorist got tattoo on his back. Question arise that Islam don't permit tattoo or any sort of living image? why this tattoo on his back? If he is true Moslem. Its clearly indicate he can't be. Because of this tattoo his prayer will be rejected.
